## What Augmentem does

- AI Readiness Audit. Workflow mapping, team interviews, opportunity identification, prioritised roadmap. Two to five days.
- Implementation Project. Design and build of specific systems including automations, AI workflows, workspace setups, integrations. Two to eight weeks.
- Team Training. Workshops, coaching, hands-on sessions. Custom to the business, not generic.
- Ongoing Partnership. Retained support for iteration, new builds, coaching, adoption monitoring. Minimum three months.
- Fractional Leadership. Embedded one to two days per week. Owns the AI and systems improvement function. Attends leadership meetings. Minimum three months.
